Gymnastics: Karolyi gives up some duties with U.S. women

Martha Karolyi is handing off some of her responsibilities, beginning the transition from her highly successful run as head of the U.S. women's gymnastics team.
Karolyi remains the national team coordinator. Beginning in January, however, Valeri Liukin becomes elite athlete developmental coordinator, in charge of identifying and developing future talent. Steve Rybacki becomes director of elite athlete programs, responsible for the national team's administrative duties, including travel budgets and arrangements.
