OKLAHOMA CITY - A contract worker was arrested after a Chesapeake security guard reported multiple company prepaid credit cards were stolen during October.
Eder Ruben Rodas Rodas, 30, was arrested Nov. 1 on complaints of unauthorized use of a credit card and being in possession of a fictitious ID document, Oklahoma City police reported Wednesday.
The Chesapeake Energy Corp. security officer told police multiple American Express prepaid credit cards were stolen between Oct. 17 and 27. The cards were purchased as giveaway items for a company Halloween party to benefit the United Way, he said.
The security officer said he saw video footage of Rodas using some of the stolen cards at Marshall's, 1425 W Interstate 240, and Denny's, 1617 W Interstate 240, according to the incident report.
