The Sooners get a test right out of the gate, and not just because of their willingness to open the season on the road. This is a very salty Creighton team. The Bluejays were an NCAA Tournament qualifier last year. In fact, they came within two points of upsetting No. 3 seed St. John's in the first round at the Lloyd Noble Center. The Red Storm prevailed, then went on to end OU's season in round two.

Creighton returns four starters from that squad, including Missouri Valley Conference Preseason Player of the Year Carli Tritz. She led the Bluejays in scoring, assists and steals, helping them to 20 wins in the process.
