Illinois woman dies after vehicle crash Saturday

A Illinois woman was killed and another person injured in a single-vehicle collision just east of Miami, Okla., on Saturday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
Ralph Caliendo, 63, of Bolingbrook, Ill., was driving west on the Will Rogers Turnpike, about nine miles east of Miami in Ottawa County, when his 2008 Toyota veered off the road to the right, struck a fence then an embankment before rolling once and coming to a stop about 12:54 p.m., the OHP reported.
Margaret Caliendo, 50, also of Bolingbrook, a passenger in the car, was transported to Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo., where she died late Saturday, troopers said.
Ralph Caliendo was taken to the same hospital, where he is listed in serious condition with multiple injuries, troopers said.
Makayla Dovin, 4, of Plano, Texas, another passenger in the car, was not injured, according to the report.
All occupants were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, troopers said.
