Kinslow Keith & Todd, an architecture, interiors and engineering firm, added Emily Mancinelli as an interior designer. The firm also hired Colleen Bartley, who will handle communications and graphic design.

Express Group Holdings appointed Brent Thompson as vice president of sales and Phil Childers as chief technology officer. Thompson earned a master's of business administration from Widener University and a bachelor's in engineering from the University of Missouri.

First United Bank Mortgage Group added Debbie Robinson as a mortgage loan consultant.

Littlefield hired Kyra McNamara as associate account planner and Cassie DeLozier Miller as traffic coordinator.

The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges named Annie Tomecek president of the board of directors and Susan Pierce director of development.
Hillcrest Medical Center announced Kevin Nowak joined as administrator for the Oklahoma Heart Institute as hospital and service line administrator for cardiovascular services. He earned a bachelor's from the State University of New York and is pursuing a master's in business administration and health administration from Regis University.
Telecommunications
U.S. Cellular named Bobby St. John area sales manager for the southwest agent team.
