It took only about one minute for firefighters to extinguish a blaze at a vacant Tulsa house Monday evening, a Fire Department official said.

Flames were coming from the attic of a house in the 1900 block of West Brady Street when firefighters arrived, Acting District Chief Troy Enger said.

They were able to knock down the flames quickly, and no one was injured, he said.

The vacant two-story house was being remodeled, he said.

The cause of the fire was under investigation Monday night.
