Ten Commandments monument installed at Oklahoma state Capitol

OKLAHOMA CITY - A Ten Commandments monument is up on the grounds of the state Capitol.
The monument was installed Thursday morning, three years after legislation was passed authorizing its placement on the Capitol grounds.
The monument and the base it sits on were paid for with private funds.
The monument is near the north entrance of the Capitol, which has been closed for years.
