After an eleven year fight with ovarian cancer, Libby passed on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at her home in Ocala, Florida. She is the daughter of Sydney Lee Welch and William A. Hackathorn. She is survived by her husband, Ben Renfro, her children, Lee Fjeld, Jr., Jennifer Harradan and Rachel Eversole, and her siblings, Lee Ann DeRoin, Bill Hackathorn, Randy Hackathorn and Jim Hackathorn.
