Now that we are using this wonderful trash service, a new problem has reared its ugly head: illegal dumping.
Several times I have gone out to put my business trash in the dumpster only to find it has been filled up with household trash. Guess who gets to pay for the extra trip to have it emptied?
A couple of weeks ago, someone had dumped 23 bags of household trash in front of the containers. Our property manager had a solution. He found an address in the bags, loaded them up and delivered them back to the house from where they came. I bet they were surprised when they got home!
