OETA's "Oklahoma Forum" (KOED, channel 11, 12:30 p.m.): Ken Burns' documentary "The Dust Bowl" airs at 7 p.m. Sunday and Monday. The program will discuss conservation practices and lessons learned by Oklahoma farmers from the Dust Bowl. Guests include Clay Pope, executive director of the Association of Oklahoma Conservation Districts; Dean Graumann, director of the Greer County Conservation District; and Mike Thralls, executive director of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission.
