FIRST QUARTER

Key play: Clint Chelf started for OSU, but J.W. Walsh entered the game for the final four snaps of the first drive. In his first action in nearly a month, he rushed for 4 yards and picked up a first down that set up a 2-yard touchdown pass to Kye Staley.

Key stat: 7. The Red Raiders had no success on the ground in the first quarter, compiling 7 yards on six carries.

Number to know: 2. Tech quarterback Seth Doege was sacked twice in opening period, by Nigel Nicholas and Joe Mitchell.

SECOND QUARTER

Key play: A punt by Ryan Erxleben was blocked by Zack Craig and recovered by Teddy Johnson at the Texas Tech 24-yard line. Four plays later, Walsh scored a 2-yard run, the third touchdown for OSU in a span of less than five minutes.

Key stat: 10. In the first half, the Cowboys averaged more than 10 yards per play.

Number to know: 5. Isaiah Anderson's career day (174 yards, three touchdowns) gave OSU its fifth 100-yard receiver in a game this season, a first in program history.

THIRD QUARTER

Key play: When the ball got away from Doege, linebacker Lyndell Johnson raced him to it - and won easily. Johnson scooped up the fumble and took it 7 yards before being tackled by Doege on the Tech 22. Joseph Randle later scored on the drive.

Key stat: 112. The Cowboys more than doubled their rushing production from the first half during the third quarter, compiling 112 yards.

Number to know: 4. For the fourth time this season, OSU has scored at least 50 points in a game. Under Mike Gundy, the Cowboys have reached the mark 22 times.

FOURTH QUARTER

Key play: Craig blocked another Erxleben punt and returned it 30 yards for OSU's final touchdown. Saturday was the first time since 2010 against Kansas that the Cowboys blocked multiple kicks in a game and returned a punt for a touchdown.

Key stat: 0. The Cowboys didn't complete a pass in the second half.

Number to know: 98. Over the past two years, OSU has outscored Texas Tech by 98 points.
