FIRST QUARTER
Key play: University of Tulsa quarterback Cody Green hit wide receiver Keyarris Garrett on a 70-yard touchdown strike, giving the Hurricane a 10-point lead.
Key stat: 5-8. Green completed five of his first eight passes for a total of 113 yards and one touchdown.
Number to know: 41. TU kicker Daniel Schwarz kicked a 41-yard field goal midway through the first quarter to give the Hurricane an early three-point lead.

Key play: UCF defensive back A.J. Bouye picked off a Green pass and returned it 76 yards for a touchdown and a four-point Knight lead.
Key stat: 7-15-1. TU's Green completed seven passes for 54 yards and threw an interception.
Number to know: 54. University of Central Florida kicker Shawn Moffitt missed a 54-yard field goal that would have tied the game.
