Oklahoma City man arrested in rape of 12-year-old girl

OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police arrested a man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl at a sleepover.
The girl went to a friend's house Saturday in the 9500 block of S Shields Boulevard and was watching a movie and drinking beer with friends and two men, according to a police report. At some point in the evening, one of the men had sex with the 12-year-old, the report states.
Police arrested Tracy Shannon Quinn, 18, of Oklahoma City, on a complaint of rape.
