These days Black Friday starts before we've allowed our Thanksgiving meals to even so much as digest!

Whether you're up for zipping around town to catch some deals or are open to a more leisurely "day after Thanksgiving" and will get in some shopping later this weekend, check out the Black Friday deals at local stores and don't forget Small Business Saturday, a great time to support Tulsa's homegrown retailers.

This Black Friday, Miss Jackson's at Utica Square is offering an extra 20 percent off apparel, accessories, shoes, jewelry and gifts from 10 a.m. to noon, and this includes new stock and sale merchandise.

Find specials on several items at the men's fashion boutique The Style Lab on Cherry Street, 1338 E 15th St.

Surcee Gifts, 9455 Owasso Expressway, will be offering 50 percent off many items throughout its store. All Christmas decor will be 25 percent off. Enjoy Christmas treats and hot apple cider served all day long. Surcee will also offer free gift wrapping.

Warm drinks and sweets will be served at Blue Jean Baby, 1602 E. 15th St., as customers can find special discounts that run Black Friday only. Check out new tops, dresses and jewelry as well.

Enjoy these Black Friday specials at Dwelling Spaces, 119 S. Detroit Ave.: 15 percent off pour-over coffee (regular coffee at Joebot's); 15 percent off coffee mugs; 15 percent off all tops.

Receive a gift with purchases greater than $100 at The Glass Slipper in Utica Square.

At Theraganics in The Farm Shopping Center, 51st Street and Sheridan Road, for every $20 you spend, get a gift bag featuring travel-size soap and a bath ball.

Visit Must Stash, 3724 S. Peoria Ave., in Brookside on Black Friday for 40 percent off men's and women's denim as well as purses and hats. All Oklahoma T-shirts will be 25 percent off.

Keep It Local OK's 2013 card can now be purchased online or at any participating local stores starting Black Friday. The Keep It Local OK card, good from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, offers holders special incentives to shop locally.

The Keep it Local card is $10, and benefits vary depending on the retailer. Participating stores include Hey Mambo, Shoe Gypsy, Ascent Outdoor Apparel and Must Stash For a complete list of participants see tulsaworld.com/keepitlocal2013

This is by no means an exhaustive list. Check your favorite local stores this week and weekend for those unique gifts for the holidays.
