21, 2012, at Hayhurst
Funeral Home Chapel in Broken
Arrow, Oklahoma. Rev.
Randy Shaddox will officiate.
Lisa Ann Gavin was born August
14, 1966, in Tulsa, Oklahoma
the daughter of Richard
K. and Patsy (Poplin) Freeman.
Lisa died Friday, November
16, 2012, at her home in Broken
Arrow, Oklahoma. She was 46 years of age.
Lisa was a 1984 graduate of Edison High
School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received
her Nursing Degree from Tulsa Junior College.
She was a visiting Registered Nurse
at Hillcrest Medical Center, and she loved
being a nurse. She moved to Broken Arrow
25 years ago from Tulsa. She enjoyed
scuba diving, soccer and
tennis. Memorials may be made to
Catholic Services-Dental Services.
She is survived by, son, Chris
Gavin, Jr., Denver, CO, step daughters,
Jennifer Gavin and husband
Sylvain, Grand Rapids, MI, Jessica
and husband Eric Lanning, Fort
Wayne, IN, father of the children,
Chris Gavin, Sr., Broken Arrow, OK,
brother, Richard K. Freeman, II,
Indianapolis, IN, 4 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
