Northeast
Birch: All fishing slow.
Eucha: Elevation 12 1/2 feet below normal, water 55 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 14-16 feet around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on plastic worms.
Fort Gibson: Elevation normal, water 54 and clear. Catfish good on juglines and rod-and-reel baited with whole shad and sunfish in the main channel all along the lake. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 5-15 feet. White bass good on rattletraps at 3-5 feet in the middle of the day.
Grand: Elevation 2 feet below normal. Bass fair on rubber worms and crankbaits. White bass slow. Catfish good. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 15-20 feet. Paddlefish fair.
Greenleaf: Bass good on chatter and lipless crankbaits, spinnerbaits and jigs with plastic imitation baits.
Hudson: Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits. Blue catfish good on cut bait off the edge of the river channel. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around brush pile areas. All other fishing slow.
Kaw: Elevation 1 foot below normal, water 46 and clear. All fishing slow.
Keystone: Elevation 3 feet below normal, water 53. Catfish good on cut bait at 25 ft. Crappie good on minnows jigs at 20 feet. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits off points.
Lower Illinois: Elevation normal, water 47 and clear. Largemouth bass slow on sink baits and crankbaits at 1-2 feet around bridges and coves. White bass slow on jigs and spinnerbaits at 1-3 feet at the mouth of the river. Striped bass slow on trout and slabs at 1-3 feet. Channel catfish excellent on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Crappie slow on jigs and spinnerbaits at 1-3 feet. Trout excellent fly fishing the surface, on rooster tails at 1-2 feet and on Power Bait on bottom from the dam to Gore Landing.
Oologah: Elevation 3 1/2 feet below normal, water upper 50s and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-15 feet around brush piles and standing timber. Blue catfish fair on shad and liver around standing timber in the north end of the lake. White bass fair trolling shad colored crankbaits at 10-15 feet in near creek channels.
Pawhuska: Trout good on Power Bait and Super Dupers.
Skiatook: Elevation 10 3/4 feet below normal, water clear. All fishing slow.
Sooner: White bass fair on topwater lures and sassy shad in the discharge and fair on live shad and slabs in the lake. All other fishing slow.
Spavinaw: Elevation 1/2 foot below normal, water 55 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around the dam area. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits.
Tenkiller: Elevation 8 feet below normal, water 62 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on soft plastics, crankbaits or spinnerbaits at 5-10 feet. Crappie good on minnows or small jigs at 5-15 feet around docks. Sunfish good on worm-tipped jigs at 10-15 feet.
Tenkiller: Elevation 8 feet below normal, water 64-66, water clear and steady. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good in 3-6 feet on soft plastics. Crappie good at 5-10 feet on tube jigs or minnows. Sunfish good in docks on worm-tipped jigs at 5-10 feet.
Webbers Falls: Bass good on spinner baits, shad and chatter baits. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids good on shad.
Southeast
Eufaula: Elevation 4 1/2 feet below normal, water clear. Largemouth bass slow. White bass slow. Blue catfish good on fresh shad drifting the shallow flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs below docks with brush and along riprap areas.
Robert S. Kerr: Bass fair on crankbaits and stick baits off points and along creek channels. Crappie fair around deeper submerged brush. White bass and striped bass good on minnows and shad colored crankbaits up river in deeper holes and around rock ledges. Channel and blue catfish excellent on trotlines and juglines baited with cut bait at 12-20 feet close to creek and river channels.
Sardis Lake: Elevation 2 feet below normal. Largemouth bass good on stick baits and crankbaits at 4-6 feet in creek channels. Channel and blue catfish good on cut bait. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs at 10-14 feet. Walleye fair trolling at 8-14 feet.
