Some key deadlines are approaching for high school students thinking about college. Here are some links to help:
FAFSA
Jan. 1 is the first day the applicant window opens for FAFSA – the federal financial aid eligibility form.

Recycling scholarship
Dec. 18 is the deadline to apply for the $5,000 Alcoa Recycling Scholarship
Scholar Athlete program
Dec. 19 is the deadline to nominate a student for the Foot Locker Scholar Athletes program.
Gates Millennium
Gates Millennium Scholars Applications are due Jan. 16.
