I have a question about the Route 66 Marathon. Why are cones and saw horses placed on St. Louis Avenue (our street) from 22nd Street to Terwilliger Avenue to indicate no parking during the race? The race does not come along St. Louis Avenue. When I asked a city employee about this, he replied, "Our instructions show we should put them here."
