Paul and Virginia
(Faulkenbury) Hopkins of
Tulsa celebrated their 70th
wedding anniversary Nov. 23,
2012.
The couple met at church in
their teens and married Nov.
23, 1942 in Cherryvale, KS.
They have one daughter: Paula
and husband Mark Peterson of
Tulsa. They have two
grandchildren: Tara and Lance
Johnson of Shawnee, KS and
Christopher and Catherine
Peterson of West Orange, NJ.
They have three greatgrandchildren:
Gus, Charlie and
Beatrice Peterson, all of West
Orange, NJ.
Paul Hopkins retired from the
interior design business in
1992. Virginia retired in 1975.
She was a bridal and floral shop
owner.
