Editor's note:
Seen is a weekly feature showcasing the work of a Tulsa World photojournalist.
Newspaper photographers sometimes get unique access to places around the city while taking pictures on daily assignments.
Sometimes they're not the most exotic places, but they are often places that most people don't usually see.
In the past few weeks we've had photographers next to the stage at concerts, in the pace car at the Tulsa Run, inside police cars and on the sidelines of college football games. And then there is the guided and safe access to construction projects around the city.
I recently went to the roof of the new One Place tower that is under construction near Third Street and Cheyenne Avenue. Tulsa World Staff Writer Cary Aspinwall and I met the operator of the tower crane.
While we were up on the roof waiting for a break in his work and an interview, I took the opportunity to take pictures from a unique perspective.
