First Fidelity Bank added Joe Edwards as vice president and director of retail management for the Tulsa market. He has a bachelor's in business administration from Oklahoma State University.

Arvest Bank promoted several consumer loan officers in the Tulsa region. Karen Anderson, Vicki Bastianen, Nell Johnston, Pam Malham and Joyce Merriman were promoted to vice president. Wendy Clark and Stacey Fell were named assistant vice presidents.

Law

McAfee & Taft announced Suzanne E. Kern joined the litigation group. Her practice is in employment law, commercial litigation, representation of manufacturers and distributors of automobiles, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, consumer products and industrial products in defense of product liability claims. She has a law degree from the University of Tulsa and bachelor's of business administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Manufacturing

Thermal Windows promoted Seth Patterson to commercial sales manager. He has a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.

D&L Oil Tools hired Jeremy Headley as technical sales manager. Kent Kendall was named outside sales manager.

Medical

CareATC named Wendy White director of partnership relations. Andrea Doughty was named director of wellness center operations. She has a bachelor's in business administration. Jackie Hope was named director of quality management and regulatory compliance. Elizabeth Letcher was named director of information technologies. She has a bachelor's degree from the University Center at Tulsa. Mollie Collins was named director of marketing, PR and medical staff development. She is a graduate of Oral Roberts University. Chris Foster was named director of human resources. She has a degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University. Anthony R. Young was named president and chief operating officer. He has a master's degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor's in pre-law from California Polytechnic State University. Humana

named Dr. Kenneth Murphy as medical director for its Medicare division in Oklahoma and Arkansas. He has a medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Cancer Treatment Centers of America announced anesthesiologists Dr. Gerald Boyles and Dr. David King joined the staff. Boyles has a medical degree from the University of Arkansas. King has a doctor of osteopathic medicine and surgery from Oklahoma State University.

OU School of Community Medicine named John William Carter as a clinical associate professor in the surgery department. A tenured professor from Wichita State University, Carter is responsible for teaching anatomy to the physician assistant and allied health students. He has a doctorate from the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Karen Gold joined as assistant professor of OB/GYN and a urogynecologist. She has a medical degree and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Paul Hagood joined as assistant professor. He completed medical school and residency at St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Russell Kohl was appointed associate professor in family medicine and the Paul E. Tietze Chair in Family Medicine in Tulsa. Before pursuing his medical career, Kohl was a certified firefighter who worked with the Oklahoma City Fire Department on information technology projects. He earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma.

Nonprofit

LIFE Senior Services announced Nancy Barrett joined as director of marketing and Amanda LeCrone joined as director of development.

Public relations

Rex PR named Erin Jacobs account coordinator. She has a bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Oklahoma.
