Letter to the Editor: Some suggestions

First: marijuana legalization. The way I read it, it didn't become a federal crime until 1936. Let's go back to 1935 and let the individual states decide. It'd sure save a lot of money, both in chasing down the stoners and then in paying for their jail time.
Second: the Ten Commandments. How about just putting up a picture of the doors behind the Supreme Court justices? The Ten Commandments are on them, I'm told, which is probably why the doors are kept open most of the time.
Third: tearing down houses near the airport. Why not sell them at cut-rate prices to people who are severely hearing impaired?
If you need any more solutions to simple problems, just let me know.
