No. 13 OU women roll past Hawaii

Morgan Hook scored 16 points and No. 13 Oklahoma pulled away in the second half for a 74-49 victory over Hawaii on Sunday in Honolulu.

The game was part of the three-day Rainbow Wahine Showdown. The Sooners (5-1) defeated Arkansas and Oregon in the previous two days.

Freshman Maddie Manning and Aaryn Ellenberg scored 12 points apiece for Oklahoma.

Manning reached double-digit scoring in all three games in Hawaii, her first three career starts.

Ellenberg, who scored 27 points in Saturday's win over Oregon, hit four 3-pointers on Sunday.

Whitney Hand added 10 points for OU.

The Sooners led at halftime before they used a 16-0 scoring run lasting 6 1/2 minutes to take control of the contest.

Kamilah Martin had 11 points and 10 rebounds for Hawaii (2-5), which defeated Oregon on Friday and lost to Arkansas on Saturday.

The all-tournament team included Oklahoma's Ellenberg and Hook.

Oklahoma improved to 10-6 all-time in games played in Honolulu

The Sooners return to the court at 7 p.m. Thursday when they host Northwestern State at the Lloyd Noble Center.
