OFFENSE
Landry Jones
Sr. Oklahoma
Led team to a 51-48 OT win over Oklahoma State, completing 46-of-71 passes for 500 yards and three TDs. Became first player in OU history to register back-to-back 500-yard passing games, and owns all three of the 500-yard games in school history. Set single-game school records for completions and attempts.
DEFENSE
Eddie Lackey
Jr. Baylor
Intercepted two passes and recovered a fumble to help Baylor become bowl-eligible after a 52-45 OT win against Texas Tech. Returned his first interception 55 yards for a TD in the fourth quarter to give BU its first lead of the game. His second pick ended TTU's drive to win the game as score was tied at 45 with 2:46 remaining.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Jalen Saunders
Jr. Oklahoma
With Oklahoma trailing 38-30 in the fourth quarter, he ran back an OSU punt 81 yards for his first career punt return touchdown. He finished the game with 251 all-purpose yards, the sixth-highest single-game total by an OU wide receiver. Oklahoma is the only Big 12 team that has two punt return TDs in 2012.
