Robert S. “Bob” Myers, age 90, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died Friday, November 23, 2012 in Tulsa. He was born May 23, 1922 in Rochester, Pennsylvania, the son of Walter Heston and Lillian G. Brennen Myers. He was a retired consulting engineer and a U. S. Air Force veteran of World War II. Bob was a navigator and flew thirty-two missions over Germany in a six-week time frame. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Tulsa where he also served as deacon. He is survived by his wife, Bethel Ward Myers; a son, Ed Myers and his wife Debbie of Claremore, OK; a daughter, Theta McGoffin and her husband Greg of Jenks, OK; five grandchildren, Shannon Dulin, Tim McGoffin, Kendal, Mark and Scott Myers; several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 27 at Moore’s Chapel, Fayetteville, AR. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at Moore’s Chapel with burial at Walnut Grove Cemetery at Crosses, AR. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 29 at First Baptist Church, 403 South Cincinnati, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to Clarehouse, 7617 S.
