Three people were arrested following a series of shootings early Thursday morning.

About 3 a.m., a person was leaving his home near East Young Street and North Wheeling Avenue when three people walked in front of his vehicle, causing him to slow down, police said.

One of them pointed a handgun at the vehicle and fired. The bullet struck the windshield of the victim’s truck and then hit the stocking cap he was wearing, police said.

About 30 minutes later, police were called to Hillcrest Medical Center for a shooting victim who was at the hospital.

Officers learned the victim was driving east on Virgin Street and North Madison Avenue when three individuals stood in front of her vehicle and pointed a gun at her. The woman tried to quickly drive around them, but was struck by a bullet in both arms when one of the men opened fire, police said.

An hour after that, about 4:30 a.m., officers were called to the 3600 block of North Hartford Avenue for circumstances that were similar to the first two shootings, police said. She told police there were three individuals in the road and one pointed a gun at her, but she drove off unharmed and called police.

When officers were responding to her call, they observed three individuals in the road, which caused the officer to slow down, police said. The officer made contact and transported the individuals to Detective Division to be interviewed. They were then transported and booked into the Tulsa Jail.

Police also recovered a revolver near where one of the subjects was standing.

Those arrested were identified as Reggie Williams, 18; Brittany Sanders, 24; and Demarreion Aldredge, 18. All three were arrested on two complaints each of shooting with intent to kill and pointing a deadly weapon. Sanders was also arrested on one complaint of false impersonation.
