Kelly Philip Stark, known as Phil, was born June 17, 1955 in Novato, CA. Son of Harold and Margaret Stark. He was survived by his father, step-mother, three sisters, and his wife, Marge. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert. He was a great computer nerd and loved to watch NOVA on TV and listen to Sci-fri on PBS. Phil passed away in an accident on November 3, 2012. This obituary was published in the Tulsa World on 11/29/2012.
