Ruby Lee Carson, 92, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2012, in Wichita, KS, where she lived the past 4½ years. She and her husband moved to Tulsa about 70 years ago and were owners of Harry and Ruby’s Café on North Peoria for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry, daughter Frances Lee and four grandchildren. Survived by grandson Dennis Carson of Sand Springs, brother Don Wilson and sister Mary Sue West, both of Wichita. Funeral service 10 AM, Friday, November 30, 2012 at Ninde’s Brookside Chapel, 39th and Peoria. Burial at Rose Hill Memorial Park. This obituary was published in the Tulsa World on 11/29/2012.
