Round House, a 110-year-old jeans manufacturer, broke ground Thursday on an expansion of its Shawnee factory.
Plans call for 40 new jobs. The company employs 80 now.
The expansion should be complete by April, officials said in a press release.
Round House sells to more than 2,000 retailers across the nation including Atwoods, Wal-Mart and Sharpe's. The company also exports jeans to more than 20 countries, including Japan, China, Taiwan, Germany, France, Italy and Australia.
Round House started in 1903 when Oklahoma was still Indian Territory.
