Manufacturing
Metal Panels Inc. named Bill Lane as plant manager of the Tulsa manufacturing facility. Lane is an Air Force Academy graduate.
Kline Oilfield Equipment promoted Matthew Gragg to director of operations.
Energy
Baytide Petroleum Inc. named Jeffrey Brown vice president of finance/controller. He has an accounting degree from the University of Houston.
Architecture
Kinslow Keith & Todd Inc. announced Laith Nabilsi and Melissa Perry joined the team.
Nabilsi's recent projects include One Place, Broken Arrow Early Childhood Development Center, the OSU Tulsa Tower, the new entrance at the Tulsa County Courthouse and the Hardesty Arts Center. Nabilsi has a bachelor's of architecture from Oklahoma State University.
Perry's projects include the Tulsa County Courthouse, Community Care College, Sand Springs United Methodist Church Fellowship, Osage Education Center and Clary Sage College. She has a bachelor's in design, housing and merchandising from OSU.
Law
Pray Walker announced Scott R. Helton joined as a shareholder and Lauren A. Pierce joined as an associate. Helton's practice is focused on business, oil and gas, and products liability. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003. Pierce will work in the firm's litigation section with emphasis on business contractual, construction and property disputes. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri and has a law degree from TU.
