Off-duty Oklahoma City police officer seen on video punching man in bar, papers show

OKLAHOMA CITY - Surveillance video obtained by investigators shows an off-duty Oklahoma City police officer repeatedly punching another bar patron in the face, according to court papers.
Kris Hunter, 35, of Oklahoma City, was charged Thursday in Oklahoma County District Court with misdemeanor assault and battery, papers show.
Hunter is accused of punching Jeremy Pospisil after Pospisil confronted Hunter about sleeping with his wife, according to a probable cause affidavit filed with the charges.
Pospisil and his wife are in the middle of a divorce, he said.
