Sammy Hagar to play The Joint on Jan. 18

The Red Rocker Sammy Hagar and The Wabos return to Green Country on Jan. 18 at The Joint inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, venue management confirmed Monday.

Tickets start at $60 and go on sale Thursday, available at tulsaworld.com/hardrockcasino, the venue box office or by calling 918-384-ROCK. All patrons must be at least 21 years old.

The 65-year-old California rocker is well-known for his work in Montrose, Chickenfoot and Van Halen, as well as for his solo work.

His live sets often combine works across his career, including songs "Best of Both Worlds," "There's Only One Way to Rock," "Three Lock Box," "Right Now," "Love or Money," "I Can't Drive 55," "Rock Candy," "Big Foot" and "Bad Motor Scooter."

As a solo artist, Hagar has released 11 albums.

Also, with Van Halen, he released four consecutive multiplatinum No. 1 albums.

Hagar also is a businessman, a founder of Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

He also owns and operates multiple restaurants throughout the country.
