Bennie was born May
4, 1928, in Vinita, OK and
passed away November
27, 2012, Tulsa, OK. He is
survived by his beloved
wife of 63 years, Nan,
daughters Vicki Ross,
Connie Johnson, Jeanne
Hyatt, son Gregory Hyatt,
seven grandchildren, and
fifteen great-grandchildren.
Bennie was a painting
contractor and served
in the US Army. He was
also a Native American
Indian Rights Activist.
Bennie worked tirelessly
for the Native American
people, not only in Oklahoma
but throughout the
Nation. Burial was held at
Memorial Park Cemetery.
