Man charged in domestic dispute

Tulsa man who had been recently charged for fracturing the nose of his girlfriend during a domestic dispute in September was arrested Monday.
Calvin Harris, 31, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on complaints of domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor and domestic assault and battery resulting in great bodily harm, according to jail records.
On Oct. 25, he was charged in Tulsa County District Court with domestic assault and battery and domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor, courts documents show.
Harris is accused of head-butting and pushing his girlfriend, causing her to hit her head on a bathtub during an argument Sept. 28, police said.
The woman was treated for a fractured nose at St. Francis Hospital and later released.
Harris is in the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
