In the Nov. 20 Tulsa World, Sara Plummer did a report on free Thanksgiving dinners being offered at different places.
She needs to do a follow-up story on places that will be offering free turkey/ham, etc., dinners on Christmas and New Year's Day also.
Every year there is a big push for Thanksgiving meals.
The community will be watching for her follow-up report on what places will be open on Christmas Day and New Year's Day offering free meals to the public.
Editor's note: The Tulsa World has routinely reported on meals offered on Christmas and New Year's Day and plans to do so again this year.
