Style Lab event celebrates end of Movember with giveaways Thursday

The Elephant in the Room Men's Grooming Lounge, The Style Lab and CyberKnife are teaming up to host their first annual "Movember Grow-Down" starting at 6 p.m. Thursday at The Style Lab, 1338 E. 15th St.
The event culminates another Movember - a monthlong campaign in November led by the nonprofit of the same name to raise awareness about men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. During November, men across the country sprouted their own moustaches to bring attention to the cause and raise money for it.
At Thursday's Movember Grow-Down, catch DJ Connection, enjoy food and drinks, photography, giveaways and more. The first 10 men in attendance will win free shaves and a chance to win nearly $500 in giveaways, including a year membership to the EITR Lounge and a pair of Nudie Jeans given away by The Style Lab.
Attendees can make donations to the Movember Foundation during the event.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at Elephant in the Room or The Style Lab.
