Charges were filed Wednesday against a Tulsa man accused of robbing a Dollar General in October.

Peter Glen Williams is charged with one count of robbery with a firearm and one count of possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction, according to Tulsa County District Court filings.

Prosecutors allege Williams entered the Dollar General, 401 S. Lewis Ave., on Oct. 2 and took $104 in cash, which he carried in a white plastic bag, and fled store on foot.

Williams is described as black, 6 feet tall and about 240 pounds.

Surveillance images released by police captured him wearing a hooded jacket, black baseball cap, dark jeans and black jeans. The cashier informed police that he also had a short, scraggly beard.

He was last seen leaving the scene in a brown, older-model Chevrolet pickup.

Anyone with information about Williams' whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677) or at tulsaworld.com/crimestoppers.
