Junior Trey Watts is a second-team selection as a kickoff-return specialist.
Getting honorable mention distinction are TU junior quarterback Cody Green, senior tailback Alex Singleton, Watts (also as a tailback), junior wide receiver Jordan James, senior defensive tackle Derrick Jackson, junior linebacker Shawn Jackson and senior cornerback Lowell Rose.
Central Florida, beaten by Tulsa during the regular season and again in last week's Conference USA championship game, has six first-team selections to TU's five.
Representing the Hurricane on the all-freshman team are defensive end Derrick Alexander, linebacker Trent Martin, kicker Daniel Schwarz and long snapper Rey Higuera. The All-Conference USA individual awards will be announced on Wednesday.
