A German shepherd thrown off an Oklahoma County interstate bridge is recovering from injuries, and law officers are looking for the person who threw the dog.
The Oklahoma County sheriff is seeking information from the public, spokesman Mark Myers reports.
On Wednesday the sheriff's office was contacted by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol regarding the incident at the Interstate 40 bridge over SE 59 in eastern Oklahoma County.
The dog was identified through a tag on his collar that reads “Rookie.”
