Silver alert canceled for Collinsville man

BRISTOW – An 87-year-old Rogers County man who went missing Wednesday was found between Bristow and Kellyville on Thursday.
Alvin John Lyles left the Collinsville around 4 p.m. Wednesday, authorities said in a media release. Deputies said Lyles may have been on his way to Tulsa's Eastland Mall to walk.
A motorist on Oklahoma 66 saw Lyles around noon Thursday and called authorities.
An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper transported Lyles from the 331st West Avenue intersection of Oklahoma 66 to the Bristow police station, where Lyles was reunited with his family.
