The Book Place renewed a lease for 4,005 square feet in the Vandever Acres Shopping Center, 732 W. New Orleans, Suite 136, Broken Arrow, through GBR Properties.
Marco Industries Inc. expanded its lease to 124,526 square feet at the Tulsa Distribution Center, 4477 S. 70th East Ave., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
IBP Texas Assets I LLC leased 12,960 square feet at the 52nd Street Warehouse, 10050 E. 52nd St., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma and Patterson-Keller Williams.
Bridal Rentals & More leased 5,947 square feet at the Eleven Trade Center, 12135 E. 11th St., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Lawn America Inc. renewed a lease for 3,360 square feet at 202 E. Fifth Ave., Owasso, through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma and Kourtis Realty LTD.
JCL Service Co. LLC leased 2,800 square feet at Mark I Business Center, 12626 E. 60th St., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma and Premier Commercial Properties.
Harley Financial Services Inc. renewed a lease for 2,725 square feet at Metro Warehouse, 5616 S. 122nd East Ave., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Arches Construction renewed and expanded its lease to 2,840 square feet at the Eleven Trade Center, 12135 E. 11th St., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
United States Cellular Corp. leased 7,000 square feet of space in the former Blockbuster Video location at 8022 E. 101st St. through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Roxtec Inc. renewed a lease and expanded it to 25,636 square feet at Crosstown Business Center, 10127 E. Admiral Place, through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Stone Computer and Copier Supply Inc. renewed a lease for 2,083 square feet at Tandem Business Park, 12111 E.t 51st St., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
Captive-Aire Systems Inc. leased 1,454 square feet at Tandem Business Park, 12101 E. 51st St., through CB Richard Ellis/Oklahoma.
