Nichols Brothers Inc. buys Boston Place for $3.3 million

Boston Place, a 46,884-square-foot office building at 1516 S. Boston Ave., has been purchased by Nichols Brothers Inc. for $3.3 million.
The oil and gas company bought the fully occupied property from Acron U.S. Realty Inc., said Tanda Francis of Beacon Commercial Group, the broker.
Francis said that Nichols Brothers owns several metro-Tulsa properties and hopes to expand on its portfolio.
"They're very interested in investing in quality, value real estate, and Boston Place is definitely that," she said.
SeniorStar is the largest tenant at Boston Place, Francis said.
