Suspect in Joplin homicide may be in Tulsa

A 16-year-old wanted for homicide in Missouri may be in the Tulsa area, authorities said Friday.

Marcus Stephens, who’s also known as Marcus Hill, is a suspect in a Joplin slaying on July 6, Tulsa police said in a news release.

He is considered armed and dangerous, they said. Stephens is described as black, 5 feet 9 inches and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
