Thank you, David Patrick and the others who transformed used trash cans into shelter for outside dogs ("Tulsa city councilor's 'Digs for Dogs' turn trash carts into treasure," Nov. 27).
What a great way to use discards to upgrade the standard of living for dogs that live outside and need shelter. Furthermore, the dog shelters will be available through Tulsa Animal Welfare, home of discarded dogs.
Turn a discard into a treasure - adopt.
