Police searching for man following standoff

An eight-hour standoff ended early Sunday with police searching for a man who fired multiple shots inside a home where his wife and 3-month old son lived.
Jordan Watt, 29, is being sought by police after allegedly shooting at his father during an argument, Cpl. Scott Anderson said.
Police were called to a home in the 3400 block of East 66th Street about 2:30 a.m. in reference to someone firing a shots in the residence.
An unidentified man, believed to be Watt's father, was outside the home when police arrived, Anderson said.
The man told police that he and Watt got into an argument, and that his son pointed a gun at him, firing two shots, police said.
Officers at the scene spoke with Watt who initially said he was going to cooperate with police instructions, Anderson said.
A short time later, police saw a vehicle inside the garage and as officers approached, the door was immediately closed.
Police were unable to make contact with Watt, who was in the home with his wife and their 3-month-old son, Anderson said.
A SWAT team was then called to scene in an attempt to make contact with Watt, Anderson said.
About 6:55 a.m., Watt's wife and the infant exited the home unharmed, police said.
At 10 a.m., officers entered the home and discovered Watt had already fled, police said.
Watt is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 135 pounds, police said. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
