An article in the Tulsa World reported that Tulsa was No. 20 in the nation in growth in personal income. Sounds great when it is combined with the high and the low incomes. But how would it look if it were broken down into the lower, the middle and the higher incomes?
I would bet that the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer.
