Charges were filed Monday against a Tulsa man who is accused of shooting at someone in a bar two months ago.

Richard Eugene Parker, 29, is charged with shooting with intent to kill and with possessing a firearm after a felony conviction, Tulsa County District Court filings show.

Prosecutors allege that Parker shot at a man in the 727 Club, 727 N. Sheridan Road, on Oct. 7.

Parker was found by police in the 6500 block of Marshal Place on Oct. 20, the same day other charges -- filed Oct. 25 -- accuse him of assault with a dangerous weapon, being a felon in possession of a firearm, knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property, and reckless conduct with a firearm. He had a stolen gun with him at the time, an arrest report says.

The man who was shot at on Oct. 7 identified Parker as the shooter, the report says.

Parker remains in the Tulsa Jail.
