An Owasso man who was arrested last week on an allegation that he was producing counterfeit currency was charged Tuesday in Tulsa County District Court.
Bryan Osha Cleary, 23, is charged with possession of forged notes or instruments, court filings show.
Cleary is accused of having supplies to produce counterfeit currency, including a printer, paper and uncut sheets of counterfeit bills, when he was arrested by police at the Super 8 motel at 11525 E. Skelly Drive in Tulsa on Dec. 5, according to an arrest report.
Police also recovered a black bag containing multicolored sheets of paper believed to be LSD squares next to a vehicle in which officers found him hiding, the report says.
Cleary remains in the Tulsa Jail in lieu of $129,000 bond.
