Officers from multiple federal and state agencies gathered around a Tulsa apartment complex Tuesday in hopes of gathering information leading to the whereabouts of a Bixby woman who has been missing since July.

Kelley Harris, 49, was last seen by her family July 3, when she left her home in the 13800 block of South Mingo Road, according to Bixby police.

Police said Harris then visited a male friend in the 4400 block of West Madison Street in Broken Arrow, where she reportedly left about 4:45 p.m. in her champagne-colored 2000 Chrysler Cirrus with Oklahoma license tag 316-GZY and a front plate that says "Vikings #1."

The vehicle was recovered at the Bristol Park Apartments, 4414 S. Garnett Road in Tulsa, on July 20, police said.

Authorities concentrated their efforts near the apartment complex on Tuesday, hoping to speak with area residents in an effort to develop additional leads.

Harris is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She is white, has brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing a yellow T-shirt, blue jeans and white Nike athletic shoes, police said.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Bixby police at 918-366-8294 and reference case number 12-934-OF.
