Soccer: TU's Hulcer honored

Tulsa senior defender Claire Hulcer was named to the NCAA Division I Women's All-Central Region First Team. Hulcer is TU's first honoree to the first team. Six players have been named to either the second or third teams.
Hulcer had two goals, including one game-winner, and eight assists for 12 points this season. She attempted 42 shots from her defender position, while helping the Hurricane record nine shutouts and allowed just 0.77 goals per game. Hulcer started 54 of 57 games, and posted five goals and 14 assists for 24 points in just three seasons at TU.
